Radish Salsa
This is a lovely springtime version of the classic summer tomato salsa. It has a great crunch and juicy bite from the radishes. You can use any color radishes in this recipe.
This salsa is, of course, good with chips, but also really great on top of tacos, nachos, or even grilled steak (or other proteins)!
