Shakshuka: the Perfect at Home Brunch Meal! Sunday, May 10th
May 10, 2020 @ 11:00 am - 12:15 pm MDT
$10.00
What Will We Be Cooking?
We’ll be making shakshuka, a Middle Eastern inspired dish of poached eggs cooked in a zesty tomato sauce. It’s super easy, yet looks beautiful and feels fancy. Serve it with crusty bread, chopped herbs & feta cheese. And since it’s a *brunch* class, BYO mimosa, coffee, tea, kombucha – or whatever you want!
We will also leave some time for casual discussion, just like we were sitting together at a weekend brunch!
What will the live, virtual cooking class look like?
Cooking classes take place on zoom, Fallon will be leading the recipe, with participants cooking along at the same time! Fallon will answer questions from participants and factor in time for discussion throughout the class.
Once you sign up, you’ll get the recipe emailed to you. The recipe will also have many substitutes to ensure that participants can make the recipe using what they have available in their home. Fallon is available to help participants tailor the recipe to what they have available, taste preferences, and dietary needs.
Extra materials will be sent to help participants practice their skills of creating nutritious and tasty meals at home.
