We’re bringing Israeli’s favorite street food to your kitchen!
What’s on the menu?
- Learn how to make homemade falafels, which are crispy chickpea balls that are soft & flavorful on the inside. We’ll blend chickpeas with herbs, onion, garlic & some extra veggies. Then’ll give them a quick dip in oil for that crispy texture.
- Then we’ll make two sauces: a lemony, nutty tahini sauce (you’ll want extra for veggies and salad dressing) + tangy yogurt sauce.
- Lastly, we’ll whip up a quick, yet tasty Israeli salad – chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley, onion & lemon. This light & tangy salad balances the dense falafel & sauces!
What will the live, virtual cooking class look like?
Cooking classes take place on zoom, with participants cooking along at the same time with Fallon! Once you sign up, you’ll get the recipe emailed to you. The recipe will also have many substitutions and Fallon is available to help participants tailor the recipe to their availability and food preferences.
